2. Quali dati raccogliamo

Dati del modulo di iscrizione: email, nome (facoltativo), modello di moto, eventuali note, opzione scelta (lista prioritaria o lista d'attesa), lingua.
Risposte al sondaggio facoltativo nella pagina di conferma.
Dati tecnici: parametri della campagna di provenienza (UTM), data di iscrizione e una versione cifrata (hash) dell'indirizzo IP, usata solo per bloccare invii ripetuti e abusi.
Dati di navigazione raccolti da Google Analytics, solo se accetti i cookie analitici (vedi sotto).

3. Perché li usiamo e su quale base

Gestire la tua iscrizione, inviarti la mail di conferma e gli aggiornamenti sul prodotto e sui pre-ordini — base: il tuo consenso e le misure precontrattuali richieste da te (art. 6.1 a e b GDPR).
Capire l'interesse per il prodotto in forma aggregata (quanti iscritti, per quali moto, da quali canali) — base: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1 f).
Proteggere il sito da spam e invii automatici — base: legittimo interesse.
Statistiche di visita con Google Analytics — base: il tuo consenso ai cookie analitici.

Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li usiamo per pubblicità di terzi.

4. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo

I dati di iscrizione sono conservati fino alla tua richiesta di cancellazione e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dalla fine della fase di pre-lancio. I dati di Google Analytics sono conservati per 14 mesi.

5. A chi possono essere comunicati

Aruba S.p.A. — hosting del sito, database e invio email (server in Italia).
Cloudflare, Inc. — verifica "non sono un robot" (Turnstile).
Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics, solo con il tuo consenso.
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — solo se e quando verserai la caparra.

Questi fornitori agiscono come responsabili del trattamento. Cloudflare, Google e Stripe possono trasferire dati negli Stati Uniti, sulla base dell'EU-US Data Privacy Framework o delle clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.

6. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in formato portabile, opporti al trattamento o revocare il consenso, scrivendo a info@reactyre.example. Per disiscriverti basta rispondere a una nostra mail. Hai anche il diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

This notice explains how we process your personal data when you visit this site and join the Reactyre lists, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Sign-up form data: email, name (optional), bike model, any notes, chosen option (priority list or waiting list), language.
Answers to the optional survey on the confirmation page.
Technical data: campaign parameters (UTM), sign-up date and a hashed version of your IP address, used only to block repeated submissions and abuse.
Browsing data collected by Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (see below).

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

Managing your sign-up, sending the confirmation email and updates on the product and pre-orders — basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps you requested (Art. 6.1 a and b GDPR).
Understanding interest in the product in aggregate form (how many sign-ups, for which bikes, from which channels) — basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1 f).
Protecting the site from spam and automated submissions — basis: legitimate interest.
Visit statistics with Google Analytics — basis: your consent to analytics cookies.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Sign-up data is kept until you ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the end of the pre-launch phase. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

5. Who it may be shared with

Aruba S.p.A. — website hosting, database and email delivery (servers in Italy).
Cloudflare, Inc. — "not a robot" check (Turnstile).
Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics, only with your consent.
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — only if and when you pay the deposit.

These providers act as data processors. Cloudflare, Google and Stripe may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@reactyre.example. To unsubscribe, just reply to any of our emails. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
